I know one person on this entire site that has made hair in past, how often they make it I have no idea.At the time that The Sims 4 was released in 2014, it was missing a ton of features that gamers loved from the previous Sims title. I use 3ds max, I have done a uni course in it, I can make lots and lots of things, but there isn't an "arty" bone in my body so clothes and hair I'm hopeless at.
There are youtube tuts on how to make hair, but to achieve hair like in the pic is not something any tut will teach you. They only way you or I will ever be able to mesh hair like that is practice, more practice and then practice some more. These hair makers have been doing it for years, they are elite 3d molders who don't just make meshes for the sims, they usually use 3ds max or unity and a probably use those wacom tablet thingies (I'm guessing)
But how do you make pretty ones like thatīe really really good at blender or something similar
